“This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. I was pleasantly surprised with the availability of things in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room had laundry detergent, there was shampoo and……

“The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed……

“The home is very quaint, cute and welcoming. Comfortable beds, and all amenities listed worked well. We had a great time and the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt like we were alone. The hot tub is exquisite, especially on a freezing cold night”

“Overall had a great stay but had an issue communicating with the host prior to checking in. Despite trying multiple times to contact the host I did not hear from him until the very last minute with instructions & access. Once we got that sorted out there were no problems ”
