「i lost IPhone and airpod in the hotel . they said have thief went to the hotel . i thought it's the janitor Stole it . i will never book this hotel again . and they don't sovle it . 」

「Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. 「My family and I spent a couple of days in this location. The house is big and modern with great amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. Mr. Mario was an excellent host. Always attentive to our needs and gave excellent recommendations on cigar lounges. We will come back.」
