「Quiet and comfortable, with everything you might need easily available (plenty of towels, blankets, etc; also soap, toilet paper, paper towel). We used this as a base for visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. It worked perfectly. In the evenings, we saw deer, turkeys, and many squirrels. Fireflies too! It was a lovely mini-vacation for our family. Everyone enjoyed the variety of books and old National Geographic magazines in the evening. Wonderful!」

We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (screened porch, backyard and dock) with great views overlooking the water. It was a perfect place for hanging out but the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!」

We had an amazing stay and already hope to come back.The sunsets were absolutely beautiful, and being able to watch them from our own private spot made the experience even more special. We took full advantage of everything the property had to offer—we rode the beach cruisers, canoed, and paddle boarded out to the sandbar, where we explored and fished. 「The home is laid out for everyone to have their own space yet the open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas were great for gathering. The fire pit area in the backyard next to the grill was also a wonderful spot to socialize. The golf cart area off the alley was perfect to charge and park the carts. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and extra towels and blankets. Weather was still cool so opening the windows was perfect. There AC but not used. Well located to explore...
