「Spending the night in this charming houseboat was so much fun! Nothing beats the gentle sway of the waves to lull you to sleep. Great location with plenty of delicious local seafood options. Jenny was a wonderful hostess and the sunrise on the water was stunning!」

「It may be titled "humble beginnings," but the host treats you like a VIP guest and goes the extra mile to make you feel special! The house is lovely and has everything you could ask for in a rental. I made a note in my original email that we were staying for my birthday weekend, and Elle left us the cutest basket with all sort of goodies to make my weekend special! Would highly recommend!」

「Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements...

「It was very close to the beach , quiet, parking on property room had everything you would need i enjoyed my stay didnt want to leave so soon wouldve liked at least 1 more day maybe next year thank you. 」

「Its truly wonderful. If your looking for a cozy cottage look no further. This is it. Its a 2 min walk to the bustling downtown but when you return its quiet and cozy. Highly suggest sitting outside at the table on a starry night. 」

「The place could not have been more perfect for our family with 3 boys and other family members who love water activities! We actually ended up buying and leaving 2 fishing poles and 2 crab rings at the property, which I hope they will leave for others to use. We had a class reunion event at the USCG Academy & had a full schedule the whole weekend, but the place was so nice we missed a couple of events and delayed getting to events and left the events as soon as possible so that we can get back...
