「Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. 「This house was the perfect size for our family get together In Canberra. Beds were on the too soft side but we all slept well. Someone living in the bungalow out the back was a little awkward and the grass and garden needs work. Also the cookware and cutlery needs updating. We did have a fantastic time catching up in this lovely house.」

「They didn't send check in information, through stayz took 4hrs to reply on chat, had a number on invoice so ran that about 5 times(fellow was super helpful and sorted us immediately )between check in process. Carpark nightmare to find spot and right elevator, instructions wrong. No milk,fridge crisper and some areas could of been cleaner. Tiolet seat broken. Great spot once were settled.」

「Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.」

「Parking was terrible. Didn’t want to park my car facing a kids ball activities area. Also couldn’t see out the driveway to the road pass the 2 trade cars. Dangerous. Dining chairs very uncomfortable. Accommodation was nice but due to the parking I probably wouldn’t stay again」

「This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots.
