「Super clean home with all the extras, including a lovely hot tub, boats and kayaks, and a lilly pad, and a high chair for the kiddos. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels and toiletries, too. Prompt communications from the owner was icing on the cake. Highly recommend! 」

「The cabin is as described and pictured. Host made it easy to find with detailed instructions. It’s very secluded & quiet with little to no traffic. We saw various wildlife to include birds, squirrels, and deer. There are chairs provided to sit on the front deck. Bed is very comfortable. Shower has good pressure and hot water. 」

「2nd stay. Property has a new fire pit and beach at the water. Clean, well taken care of, comfy, and kitchen is stocked well. 」

「This is definitely not your conventional vacation place to stay - a working farm, log cabin portions, modern kitchen appliances hidden in plain sight behind old farmhouse cabinets, eclectic decor that you can spend hours browsing and looking at so many unique items. But it was exactly what I was looking for and everything turned out very well. Thank you!」

「Great getaway. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Lightning in the cabin is somewhat dim and the beds aren’t that comfortable, but look, it’s a cabin and not a 5 star hotel. Our kids loved it and it was just what we expected and hoped it would be. Hermann itself wasn’t that impressive. We prepared most of our meals and it is always a fun experience cooking on the open campfire, as well as s’mores. We’ll likely stay again. 「My friends and I booked this hoping for a comfortable and semi-rustic camp experience, what we found was a glamping gem that felt like a private retreat with beautiful sunset views, on an incredibly welcoming and relaxed property.
