「洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！其他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. 」

「The Europarcs itself was amazing, great location, easy to find, perfect for families, beautiful surroundings. 「很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。」

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
