"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. Check out receptionist this morning was lovely. "

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was given. No explanation about bike rental was shared. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The couch was stained. "

"Nice hotel, awesome staff..great for a short stay. Good location. Just a weird setup in the bathroom with the bath way to high and narrow? Just makes for an awkward shower."

"We had a delightful stay here! The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet and extremely clean. It's perfectly situated for exploring the center of Den Bosch and the surrounding area. The staff was so helpful and kind and we'll stay here again if in Den Bosch!"

"Large clean room, wonderful pillows, friendly & accommodating staff, excellent buffet breakfast with options for allergies such as gluten & dairy, close to downtown core, train station & Phillips Stadium. "
