Comfortable beds. Clean, quiet apartment. Regular transportations to airport every half hour is a big plus. The employees are very helpful & pleasant. Super nice environment. Easy to get in & out by Taxi or Uber if needed as they are always there at the charging station. Free internet through out the property. We will highly recommend this for anyone for staying in Amsterdam.」

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest...

De accommodatie was schoon, sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons meteen thuis. De ligging was perfect – rustig, maar toch dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden.」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. 」

「I truly enjoyed the easy check in and being given a pin code for the door instead of keeping track of a key. Also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Location was about 30 to 40 min walk from city center or 10 min bus ride to ferry. Other than location everything was wonderful. I enjoyed not being complety in the city center alot less noise.」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it.
The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night.
Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference.
If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time.
