"When we arrived to the location I immediately felt unsafe in the neighborhood. The apartment, that we never saw, was directly across from Mel Trotter Ministries and Guiding Light. There was also a park very close but the entire area was where the homeless were hanging out. The “host” told us he would meet us in the parking lot with the key (which felt weird but ok) no keyless entry available. We could not get into the parking lot without a key fob. We ended up waiting on the street for a long...

"Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."
