"Staff were lovely but the room was not clean. My bed sheets were dirty and had crumbs and hair in it which I didn’t find out until I pulled sheets back to go to bed The other bed sheets weren’t clean either. My son wanted a bath so I went to get a plug from reception and after waiting for a bit I decided to wipe out the bath and the wipes I used were very dirty afterwards so he had a shower instead. Bath mat that was hanging on the rail looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks but we were definitely not going to use that either. I have stayed here before and it was very clean and comfortable on that occasion but definitely not on this one. It was like the room had been missed by the cleaners."

"Staff if very friendly and welcoming. The place is so good we really enjoy and have fun. They have a cart for hire and we all have fun because the place is so big so we have fun riding it. The view is so nice and very nice ambience. We diffenetly recommend this place to our family and. Friends. and I hope we can come back here"
