「AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! 」

「We were met at the airport by the property caretaker Mr Welgama, who was extremely helpful and kind. The villa was overall a nice property but poorly equipped and maintained. On our arrival, we found the rear garden of the property was strewn with rubbish, old bottles and the remains of a bonfire. On examination, neither cooker in the kitchen was operational, there was no electric kettle or means of boiling water, and the cupboards were mainly full of rubbish and had no handles on the doors....

「We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. 「I tried contacting the host on numerous occasions and did not get a reply once. Due to this, we decided to stay at another hotel that was given to us free of charge by the airline. I would advise anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel please think again.」
