"I had to leave each day of my stay before the breakfast was open (after 7:00 AM), so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The location and access to the motel is excellent and easy to get to. Parking was adequate and close to my suite. The different attendants at the front counter were cheerful and helpful. The exercise room was adequate, and the operator did not mind my going past the closing time. "

"I was given a room on the 4th floor with an open concept bathroom. It was a spacious, high ceiling room in a great location. I liked how they had free candy and drinks in the lobby, modern interior design, and keyless entry. They also have a sign indicating what kind of items you can borrow or buy from them. Only downside I experienced were thin walls, I unfortunately had loud neighbours one night. I asked reception if anything could be done and they said they’d look into it. They didn’t end up updating me but it suddenly got quiet at one point so I assume they spoke to the guests? Overall, I recommend this hotel."

"The room was small, but it was big enough for 2 men. The bed was very comfortable and at the room at the right temperature. Room 214 didn't have the best view, it was pointed towards the parking lot. We found the room to be very clean & very good self made espresso. We were close to the Avon theatre and we were very close to many restaurants. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. We paid $18 for breakfast and it was very good. NOW FOR THE BAD! The bathroom is very small! Not much room between the toilet bowl and the sink. Parking... There are only 9 SPACES for onsite parking! If you want to park on the property, you'll need to book it well in advance. The city of Stratford in the downtown core doesn't all OVERNIGHT PARKING! There is a parking lot, not in the downtown core, but it was a 20-30 minute walk back to the hotel. When we spoke to the very friendly concierge, we told him we didn't want to walk back to the hotel. This was after a show and we were hungry afterwards, ANOTHER THING, everything closed early & even Tim Horton's that was listed as 24 hours on their website were closed by 11. We noticed a sign for free parking on Sundays. When we told the concierge that we didn't want to walk back, we decided that we were just going to park across the street. The free parking on Sunday starts at 8 a.m. NOT 12 a.m. What he suggested was to move our car before 8 a.m. before they checked the parking lots, success & no ticket. This is a good hotel, it has flaws & charms."
