「This place is such a gem in my hometown and was the perfect place for us. Sarah has such a talent with decor and has thought of so many little details such as artwork for sale, custom soaps and snacks. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again ! 」

「Communication was slow with the host prior to check in. Once we checked in and out,cit was more timely. It is listed as a 3 bedroom/ 32bath with sleeping accommodations in a common area. While this is true, it doesn't mention that you have to walk through sleeping areas to get to bathrooms. Also, the common area was described to have a futon and queen sleeper. 「I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced the property was so was a bit leery, but it was such a nice property. Took care of our large family comfortably and was a nice play to recharge the batteries. Demi was very communicative and quick to respond when we had questions or general comments. It is obvious she takes pride in her property. The cleanliness was top notch, the listing was great but the property was even greater. Would book again without hesitation.」

「Very nice rental! We loved it and the host was in communication with us when we needed him. Only thing that kind of freaked me out was the door to nowhere up in the hall. lol! No ghosts were encountered though. All good.」

Property has severe safety issues and is in unsanitary, filthy condition There are no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors as stated in the listing. The washing machine was filthy, covered in pet hair and had thick brown goop in the detergent dispenser.
