「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「The property is exactly like the photos, so clean and beautifully appointed. Allowing the pets to stay is such a bonus and it was only a short walk to beach, cafe and a little further to the most wonderful dog beach. Highly recommend.」

「Apartments were large and clean. Pool was clean and centrally located. Could watch kids from balcony. Aircon in lounge only. Laundry was handy. 」

「We had an amazimg time at Lake Cathie. House is in a perfect location. 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 7 minute walk to woolies, cafe and a hidden gem, Andys chinese and fish chip shop! Everyone is so friendly, which just makes your stay all that more special.Tracy's communication was amazing. Let us bring all our fur babies as well. Also allowed us a kate check out. Thanks so much Tracy, we hope to be back again soo . 」
