"Great stay. Room was clean and modern, Shower had good water pressure. There was a wall panel next to desk with inputs to connect to the TV. Great for streaming off laptop/device. Staff were excellant and very helpful. Food in Restuarant was fantastic as were the restuarant staff. There was a tram stop behind the hotel in the street behind it which was convenient."

"Clean, pleasant, late night check in assistance, bathroom supplied with shampoo and conditioner, all great. The pre-paid brekky was just a voucher to the cafe next door so i didn’t need to pay more for that. "

"The gentlemen on reception was welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy and well resourced. I stayed on the 4th floor and there was no traffic noise. I have reviewed some of the other comments made by past guests and must admit that my experience was the total opposite of some of the negative feedback I sighted. The facility appeared to be very well run and professional. I was extremely happy with the stay and will most definitely be a returning guest."
