「Right top kitchen cupboard door needs fixing as it all most fell off each time we opened it. Only had 2 coffee cups for a 3 bedroom apartment was strange and no wine glasses only for champagne. Main bedroom very noisy couldn’t work out what it was, sounded like an air conditioner noise but the aircon wasn’t on. Apartment clean and tidy and really comfortable and good of street parking. A very quite neighbourhood close to the shops and the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again.」

「We were a little worried about going away during a heatwave but it turned out the apartment was just perfect! So cool we barely had to turn the aircon on and the beach was a short walk away. The location is great too. Close to everything and yet nice and quiet. Lots of room, gorgeous books, interesting furniture and everything you need on hand. We had a great long weekend with our son and dog. Would definitely stay again.」

「This apartment was perfect for two adults. It had every amenity you could ask for, and was close to shops and restaurants in Port Melbourne. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram to take you downtown, so convenient. It included parking which would have been much more complicated downtown. We would happily recommend it to others.」

Es gab einige kleine Mängel, so fehlt der Rauchmelder, das Bad ist extrem klein, es gibt eine falsche Gebrauchsanweisung für die Waschmaschine, der Spiegelschrank ist nicht mehr gut zu benutzen und das Haus insgesamt ist etwas heruntergekommen. Die Ausstattung war gut, gut renoviert, die Lage ist sehr angenehm. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften und Restaurants, sowie Tram und Metro. 」

「My husband, myself and our dog Rocky stayed at this house for a week. The location was great especially for our dog with plenty of green spaces to run around and a short 20 min walk to the beach at Port Melbourne. We found at least 3 dog friendly pubs within a short walk from the house and there is also a cafe and 2 supermarkets within walking distance which was great. The house was clean and adequate but basic. The bed was comfortable and the house felt cosy with heaters in the lounge, kitchen...

「The Hamptons Apartments is a relatively small but well appointed place to stay for an individual or for a family. It is close to the 109 tram line which is a direct route to Melbourne CBD and even closer to numerous restaurants on Bay St as well as Coles, IGA and First Choice Liquor. Very courteous staff and quick to respond to any request. 」
