Der Self-Check-in war unkompliziert und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Mein Zimmer war angenehm, gepflegt und ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. “Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel”
