「Once we made contact with the owner, things went better. However, the original location was not adequate. The owner switched us from that location to another which was very nice. Still had a problem with the tv, but overall, we would recommend it. Feed the ducks!」

「After traveling across the country, we looked forward to resetting and relaxing and celebrating thanksgiving as a family. Aside from cosmetic things like dog hair covering the couch, thick films of dust on the fans, etc. There were some serious safety factors that had us concerned. The floors were dramatically sagging and when anyone would walk around you could feel the whole floor shake. The kids room did not close and the master door had large gaps above and below. 「We stayed here as a group of 5 friends who were traveling around central Indiana for the weekend. The listing says 5 beds but there were only 4 plus a foam mattress. We made it work. Furnishings were sparce and host brought us additional coffee mugs when we told them there was 1 mug for 5 people. Everything was very clean for which we were very thankful! We had a great time.」

「Be warned - this is a management company not based in Indy, with "local" managers that are not near the property. We had repeated issues with the door lock and had to wait over three hours (one upon arriving and two later that night after the lock was supposedly fixed). The communication while waiting was lacking; they just shrugged and never offered any compensation for our lost time. Otherwise, it was a good location. The home was clean. The photos posted are not quite accurate but close...
