“Very soft bedding, great stay”

“Very clean and quiet place to stay”

“Booked this through Expedia, as it turned up under the pet friendly filter. There was no details/ mention of pet fees in the listing, and by the time my vacation rolled around and I could get to their specific extra check in process, I found out it was an extra $150 and I couldn't cancel at that point. And so, I left my puppy with family. I wish I would've stayed elsewhere, as it was not that clean. There was hair and dirt on my bed, as well as dirty splotches on the floor. I alerted……

“There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner, and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage. He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay.”

“Don't do it! Expect extreme micromanagement and privacy concerns.First, you have to provide an excessive amount of personal information just to gain access to the building including where you live, the purpose of your booking, and a photo of your ID. They even require three separate photos of your face for "verification." I contacted VRBO about the safety of providing such sensitive info outside their platform. Their AI tool warned me never to do it, yet the human representative I spoke with……

“Convenient location for walks to the lake and visiting family! Host was accommodating by allowing us to use back alley exit. ”

“House was amazing so close to the beach and easy access to all the amenities”

“I’m very confused, this evaluation is based on the room at The Sunrise however we ended up with The Saturday and were never told about this until just a day before and would love to know why the change. The house was not as clean as what we are use to. The amenities at The Sunrise are completely different than what we got at The Saturday. In the reviews from The Sunrise there was a complaint about not enough towels and that’s exactly what we found at this place as well that there were not……

“We had the best week at sylvan lake at this property. The location was 10/10 and the house was perfect for our two families. There was lots of space for 8! We were here for SLHC and the kids lived their best lives. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back next year!!”

“Perfect for our group size.”

“This property is beautiful. The decor is refreshing yet relaxing. The kitchen area supplied plenty of dishware. I appreciated the snacks available as I forgot to bring my own! The bed was very comfortable with lots of closet space provided. I hope to stay again.”

“The exterior is misleading as it is older and needing some care, but step inside, and it is updated, modern and lovely! The price of over 300 per night was pretty steep for just two of us in a small house in that neighborhood.A small binder or folder with info on local amenities ie. restaurant choices and stores etc. , maybe a map of the trail system in the park and some instructions on how things work inside the unit would’ve been nice to have and made our stay better. We loved backing on to……
