“I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“Superb apartment with excellent air conditioning. Great location close to good bars and restaurant in Atwell avenue . Jerry was amazing re the information as well . We will be back to both Providence and the apartments.”

“Clean, basic, convenient. There partnered with marriot so it’s kind of like an apartment hotel. Bed is comfortable, double paned windows help keep the noise out. Would stay again. ”

“My husband and I loved this sweet little place. It was very smartly decorated and had just about everything that we needed for our stay. The parking was very convenient. We had fun playing ping-pong, Jenga and cornhole in the fantastic backyard! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea and looking out at the city landscape.The house itself is walking distance to an incredible array of dining experiences and fun, funky shops. Next time, we would opt for a first floor……
