“My family, ages ranging from 1-56, and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay! Home was as described and there was plenty of room for all. Location and neighborhood are safe and family friendly. The game room is a modified garage but was well stocked with games and things to do. My 7 yo grandson loved the basketball game and the adults loved ping pong! The high chair and portable crib were lifesavers for my 1 year old grandson; we appreciated not having to bring from home. “We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake……

“One half of a new duplex with garage parking and driveway parking, this rental met all our needs. The management team was very responsive when we asked for more pillows and had them shipped overnight. We enjoyed the tech - electronic door locks, garage door app, smart tv, ... We appreciated the clean, comfortable, and generously sized rooms. The neighborhood is changing with a considerable amount of construction but it did not impact our stay in any way.”
