「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」

「The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel. For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. 「We stayed at Cozysuites while in Dallas for a conference, and it was a great base for our stay. There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient.」
