“Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay.”

“Gave us a room that had the door opened. The ac didn't work, then the front desk guy argued repeatedly with me and too over an hour to get a new room.”

“Room didnt get cleaned. The TV wouldn't turn off with multiple TV remotes and the showers had no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Location was convenient and the waffles at breakfast were solid.”
