“Condo was clean. The over all experience was great. The beds were not very comfortable to us. The back sliding door was very hard to shut. Just minor things that needed some attention. ”

“Comfortable 3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. Rented home for 5 nights, attended family wedding & reunion at Coldwater Gardens. Blackwater State Park, beaches, stores, restaurants, coffee/bakery shop, gas stations etc nearby. Owner very attentive to messages, responds quickly. Listing says sleeps 8 but the living room couch was not a sleeper sofa. Little patio & fenced in grassy yard. Pet friendly, large equipped kitchen, spices, coffee, big screen tv, washer/dryer, laundry……

“Amenities limited. 9 days reservation for 4 people, one roll of TP per bathroom. Had to buy our own. No extra blankets. ”

“Amenities were nice. Room was nice. Great location and view. The 10 digit door code was difficult with the lock having low batteries and the 800 number repeatedly saying "enter it faster". Luckily we escalated the issue and got a local person to stop by who was great. She came prepared with a battery and was very personable. Not sure why the wrist bands are necessary since they don't open anything. Good shells.”
