Allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored the area, even though we had checked out earlier, free of cost! Also when we picked our luggage back up, they we kind enough to help us track down a taxi, while helping us with our luggage. Definitely coming back to this place! "

"Great location for USJ. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from the buffet. Very few foreigners in this hotel, yet still catered towards us extremely well. Lawsons at the bottom - so handy. Lots of restaurants across the road, as well as Universal-City train station. Catch Ubers from nearby Hotel Keihan, just across the street. A lovely family hotel. Superior triple room was very comfortable with 2 bathroom sinks and a great bathroom. Lots of toiletries on hand. Helped us send our luggage to Tokyo. Loved this hotel!"
