the tv and or remote didnt work , being self check in there is no one to report this to, at first hard to enter building untill you work out how to use code keypad at front door enterence, others also had same problem clean and tidy, very close to station and no noise, many close by restruants

At first I didnt realize that once unlocked the door didnt relock automatically. Thankfully I found it out really quickly, but just a note to anyone who doesnt double check a door once they leave. For the price you get a great deal. If you want a clean place to stay for a good price, this is it. Its right next to the train station and there is plenty of food closeby. Also, although there is no parking on site, there is plenty of overnight parking lots in the area for between 500 - 780 yen per 24 hour hours (single entry).

This room was perfect for our two week stay. Walking distance to the nearest station and only 11 minutes away by train to the airport. All the main areas of the Kansai region are within an hour to two hour train ride. The only thing we had noticed is there is no one who will come by and take the trash so we had to figure out to sort the trash and just dispose of it at the station. Laundry place is near by as well to clean pur cloths. Will stay here again. Amazing and comfortable stay.
