“This was a cute little cabin. It was clean, I felt safe, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the shared bathrooms and showers.”

“Two nights near Sequoyah Refuge, quiet rooms and easy parking. The private bathroom was clean and the WiFi fast enough for checking emails.”

“We loved our stay there!!”

“Very nice rental.”

“Perfect peaceful getaway in the woods. Right next to Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge. Very clean. Excellent for 2 people. Highly recommend!”

“We have always had great experiences with hotels.com but this was a little rough. This place is not very well kept up. One of the closet doors upstairs was missing. The wood interior needs refinishing because there are a lot of blemishes and not in a fun rustic way. More like your old aunt’s home that is unkept. The wood kitchen cabinet has lots of grime where they have been touched over the years. Beware, the stairs are narrow and steep, so you need to be agile to get to the bedrooms. When……

“Having both a bathtub and shower in the bathroom made washing up convenient no matter what you prefer.”

“TV picture was clear with lots of channels available, simple setup worked well for some downtime between outings around Fort Smith area attractions.”

“We managed well with space for three people plus our dog. It was simple but did its job nicely for a small group like ours.”

“Small details like plenty of towels stood out nicely.”

“Very clean”

“The Cabin itself was just OKAY, Beds, Tv and a roof. Our A/c wasn't great barely worked they had a fan in there but it wasn't helping much we ended up buying another fan to make it bearable. I don't blame the camp the temperature was in the 100s the two nights we stayed, The grounds themselves were awesome lots to do, clean and well taken care off. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The cottage was just as pictured and immaculately clean! DeDe was a very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental!”

“Absolutely best place. Camping but in a house. The back deck was so peaceful. Thank you for making our stay memorable ”

“We travel every year to waterfowl hunt, staying in rental properties through various websites/apps. This cabin is one the best far as what’s provided and the pricing. Cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean inside and out. The young man doing the outdoor maintenance does a really great job keeping the whole area tidy. The location has to be the best part for someone coming to the area to visit the refuge. Will definitely be back. Thanks Robert and family. ”

“Great spot!”

“We will definitely be staying there again! It was very quiet and exactly as described.”
