“This is a nice, quaint cabin that suited us well. I think a small family would find this a cool place....just make sure you have plenty of Sawyer's spray and off.”

“No. We had to get VRBO involved The common house key that fit in the old door knob was located under the door knob. I am 73. My first thought was vulnerable senior citizen; I wonder how many people have copies of the key. My second thought was the residents on each side sitting outside their doors, all male. Yea, I feel safe. I opend the door and my next thought was there isn't even a chair to put under the worn out door knob. Yea, I am safe.”

“I give 5 stars for this cute cottage. It was exactly what we were needing for our visit with family in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Located right in town close to restaurants and Walmart if you forgot to bring everything you need for your trip.”

“The property was very charming, property owner was very nice, however I was mislead by a few details from the pictures..There are ppl living next door and the run up and down the only driveway access, parking was not very good due to blocking their way in & out. The house was pretty clean for its age. The yard was very grown up, the only way in was through a set of steep stairs which was not mentioned, glad I didn't have anyone disabled with us. Some light bulbs did not work, the bathroom faucet……

“Antiquated plumbing and not clean. Pretty view of the river, but we didn’t feel it was worth the ! ”

“The host was not on site, but welcoming. We had to wsit for code after notifying host we had arrived. After that, no problems. Beautiful A-1 home. Thank you for sharing. We really ennpyed the back deck, great bed, sheets and decor. ”

We planned to prepare most meals on-site and the kitchen was well stocked to accommodate our plans. My adult son traveled with me, and he commented that he could live in a house like the Carrie Tucker Cottage!”
