「Lovely place, great outdoor seating areas, and spacious rooms.」

「Such a beautiful, peaceful area and the cutest home! It was perfect for our large group and Iris was an incredible host. We definitely want to visit again!」

「The host was super helpful and friendly! We had everything that was advertised. The House was cozy and fun for a group of friends. Wonderful stay!」

「We had an amazing stay at the Magnolia Bourbon Manor in July 2026. We were in town for a basketball tournament and found the location to be fitting for our group. While being a little further from Louisville, it was just a 30-35 min ride and close to many amenities that entertained our family. The accommodations were more than enough for three families. The game room/basement was perfect for the girls to hang out, away from parents. The home is beautifully decorated and gives a perfect home...

「Our family had such a wonderful time staying at The Rec Farm! We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave to go back home—which says it all! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you for such a great experience!」

「Our entire family enjoyed Expressions on the rocks. The grandkids had a blast in the pool hot tub and sauna. Johanna our hostess was wonderful. We even made a friend of one of the local pups. Great spot if you want to hit the bourbon trail. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing trip….except for a couple of bouts of car sickness. Take the long way to Frankfort, Lexington and Louisville if you have get motion sickness. The scenic routes are wild rides!」

「Great property, nice location, well appointed. It is close to the interstate and with the leaves off, truck traffic could be heard from the top floor master bed. We would stay here again.」

「A fun and well kept spot! Plenty of room for activities. Would stay again if I came back into town.」
