「A convenient location, good amount of space for up to two couples and a few kids. Handy facility with the outdoor bbq area, pool, and outdoor shower & toilet. Very simple check-in / check-out process.」

「House is in a great location. We only had 4 adults, but it could easily sleep 2 families or up to 10 people. However, the house is quite run down. Could really do with some money being spent on it. And as we had read in many other reviews, the bloody gas bottle was empty. When you pay good money to stay somewhere, you shouldn't have to spend more money to cook! And good luck getting any communication with the host. Overall, the house was good and i would recommend it. But the owner needs to fix...

「It is a great location but wasn’t very comfortable to stay in. The place wasn’t very clean (dust and hair under the toaster) and the shower leaked. The door was hard to use and mozzies easily came in and out of the room through the gap underneath. TV didn’t work and when we rang up we didn’t get any feedback if it would be fixed or not.」

「The accommodation was over priced as the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Can opener didn’t work and our food was tinned. Lock box didn’t work. For the price charged guests should not be asked to clean floors and appliances and put bins out.」

「Firstly, the choice of this property was our own fault because we left our booking so late and it was the only one left in the Exmouth area The bed was inconveniently low ie 300 mm above the ground when normal beds are 750 mm above the floor.- very hard to get into and out of. The bed springs and the actually bedding were aweful. The bedroom fan was noisy and wobbled. There was no availability of fresh air, no ability to open any windows. Ventilation in the bathroom was very poor and the exhaust...

「Great house, clean, tidy and comfortable with great aircon for hot days and in amazing location. Only issue we had was with check in times. We asked for early check in as we had one adult with 2 very young children arriving at mid day by plane so we were told early check in would be ok from 12pm onwards however come check in day the house was not ready until 2pm which meant my sister and her two young kids were stuck waiting for 2 hours outside with no means of transport on a 42 degree day....
