「Really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space in the back was great with the swing and the fire pits. Our kids loved walking to the beach everyday and catching crabs. 」

「My husband, myself, my 9 year old son, and my 5 year old dog stayed this past weekend at this property. We all loved it SO much - my son especially loved all the fun things there were to do inside the property alone. My dog loved the fenced in yard, but also the area in general is extremely dog friendly - which is a lot different where I'm from. Very clean property - one of the cleanest I have stayed. Thank you so much for the opportunity to allow my family to come stay for a lovely weekend. 」

「First, Brett is an exceptional host. Very helpful and responsive. This is a very special place in a wonderful community with incredible views. Rustic, warm and the perfect place to relax. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.」

「It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up.」

「We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.」

「Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. 」

「I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall.」
