The pictures do not seem real based on where we stayed We had to go down a back alley which was dirty and sketchy. The room was not the same as the pictures even though we booked a delux room It was very loud from the club next door The owner sat us down to chit chat for 30 mins instead of letting us unwind on our honeymoon We booked because we thought it was a hotel but...

"Highly highly recommend staying at this beautiful property overlooking Lake Atitlan! Waking up to that view every morning and watching and listening to a thunderstorm on one of the nights during my stay was so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable, shower was hot and with a view of the lake. Beautiful crystal clear water in the bay made for a perfect swimming spot.
