「Great, clean easy place to stay!」

「The property was clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay and the high school across the street was amazing. Neighbors were nice also.」

「Very nice place would stay again」

「I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!」

「The house was perfect!! The hot tub was so comfortable and the backyard had so many fun activities. It was the perfect distance from everything. The host was amazing and communicated very well. I am already looking into their other rental properties. Loved everything about it!! 」

「Very nice place to stay. Felt safe in the area. Small ... so was perfect for 3 of us.」

「This loft was well appointed and very clean and well decorated. My son and his fiancé enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to the venue where we had their wedding shower. They also loved that the Aspire Wine Bar was just downstairs!」

「John and Mel have created a cozy space to relax and recharge! Bristol was beautiful and we were able to get in a 20 mile bike ride on the Creeper Trail which was so beautiful!」

The stove didn't work - apparently the prior guest stole the knobs and the replacement didn't work. I think they should've tested the new knob to make sure it worked but that apparently didn't happen. The host did send over a handyman but by the time it was fixed breakfast was...

「Nice location - steps from the river. Enjoyed the horse show pit too」
