"We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). The pool was well used by my three kiddos and the lounge chairs were a nice touch next to the pool. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel was a short drive to Moshi, while being far enough away from hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating- even going so far as to check I was well when I slept in after a long hike at Kilimanjaro. Nice beds all with mosquito nets, very nice terraze and fantastic access to a fabulous beach!! No wifi, no AC, but we didn´t need the AC, it has blade fans in all rooms and in the house, wich worked real well!"

"An absolute gem of a hotel! The building is absolutely beautiful and feels like it has been there forever, even in the new parts. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. They filter their water so you can use the taps no problem to brush teeth but they provide lots of bottled water as well. The location is perfect for exploring Stone Town, which is very safe to walk around on your own. The views of the ocean from the hotel are endless. And the staff goes above and beyond - everyone is helpful, always smiling and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Our only regret is we didn't spend an extra few nights here. "
