“We hadn't expected to book a place like this but we were so pleased we did since it was so beautiful and peaceful. The views when the sun set and rise were extraordinary with the river in perfect view. I loved drinking coffee while watching barges go by. The tiny home had everything we needed and more from plenty of towels to comfortable furniture inside and out on the deck. The bed was firm and the whole place was very clean. It looks brand new and had nicer kitchen cookware than most. ……

“What I really like is the location, covered parking, heat/AC work very well. I would certainly stay at this cabin again. This time VRBO required an insurance policy for 59 or a 1500 deposit. That drove up the price of course. I do prefer the cabin stay to a hotel room and the owner is very personable.”

“Fantastic location with a dreamy view. If I could live there full time count me in. Loved the waterfront park when I lived in Vicksburg and this is having your cake & eating it too, with lots of icing on top. Highly recommend!!!”

“This apartment was very clean and newly renovated with all the amenities. Loved the historic aspects of the building. The library for guests was very welcoming. Nice outdoor space including a wrap-around balcony on the front of the building overlooking downtown. Great location with all of downtown in a walkable distance. Several close restaurants and shops. Easy on-site parking.”

“We loved our stay. Very cute and close walk to everything.”

“Nice!!”

“We did have some issues getting to the location the first time, it was late at night and Amy answered fast and very helpful guiding us back. Very patient, friendly and helpful! She had everything we needed, her home is quiet and very cozy! We enjoyed every day we spent here!”

“The house was great. It was very close to everything that we had planned on doing. The host responded quickly to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property.”

“We were in town for a couple of days passing through the area. The home was well cared for and clean. The beds were comfortable. Great area to walk or run. Very close to nice restaurants. Recommend! ”

“Host communicated well and had all we needed in this quiet and secluded tiny home on a riverfront property. Close to the casinos, close to downtown, close to a Walmart. Would stay again. Very clean inside and out.”

“It was very clean. Parking was great and the location was great”

“Nice neighborhood”

“Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Fresh towels plus kitchen area gave us freedom to make simple meals rather than eating out constantly, which we liked as a couple traveling light together.”

“On our first night in the carriage house we enjoyed a little snack and drinks supplied by the homeowners. We loved the decor. All the appliances were clean and in good working order. The shower was fantastic!!! The homeowner rings a bell each night at 6pm. Which reminded me of a simpler time. We stayed 3 nights and as we awoke the last morning we wished we could have stayed longer. We will book this again… for certain!!!!”

“The loft was awesome. So large and tastefully decorated. Very eclectic. We had a great stay.”

“We found a new place to stay in Natchez! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent weekend in our favorite getaway city. The well-appointed cottage was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again! Lee Anne and Mark”

“Very clean. Location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to do as well as numerous restaurants. Great communication with host. Very cute. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Natchez!”
