“We loved the peace and quiet at this property. I do suggest bringing bottled water as the sulfur smell never went away and we didnt want to drink it even though it is safe. The cabin was clean and well kept, very cute property. We didnt spend much time there but would highly recommend to others.”

“We needed a large property to accommodate 18 adults who were in the area for a local college graduation. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean……

“We totally enjoyed the peaceful calm of this tiny house! In a world that is moving fast, it felt good to just slow down and breathe. Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfy. The only negative was the road traffuc on the rural road. When they came, the trucks came loud and fast.It was just their sound interrupting our……

“My family and I had a wonderful stay on Seneca Lake and really enjoyed being on the water, spending time on the dock, and relaxing in the sun. Both of my children enjoyed taking the kayaks out, jumping off the dock, and the private beach. Geneva was a 20 minute drive from the house and had some nice restaurants, and Cayuga and Canandaigua were not too far away to enjoy as well. ”

“Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. ”
