"I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. "We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"This place was everything and more! The pictures don't do it justice. My family and I absolutely loved the location and the proximity to everything around. Our host Oorja is amazing and overly accommodating to my family since we were traveling with a small child. We loved it here and will definitely be looking forward to staying here again when we go back to NYC. "

"Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises."

"Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area."

"Easy check in and check out! Has all the bare minimums and a nicely upgraded bathroom. Didn’t feel super clean (the bathroom) when we got there but kitchen was clean and they kindly stocked a few groceries. Could not get the water hot for a shower which was bummer. Nice enough depending on what you are looking for! We had some sensory needs and so this ended up not being the best fit but the location was great. Thanks for having us. "

Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
