“What a truly amazing view from the second you pull into the driveway. We went down to the water before we even went into the house. We all loved the walk along the lake on the rocks…especially our dog. The house was very welcoming, clean and extremely well stocked. From a variety of coffee brewing options and complimentary K-cups, to fun mugs, an abundance of towels ( both bath and beach), and dog bowls for our four legged family members…Lauren had thought of EVERYTHING. The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning.
