Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town. "

The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning.
