The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. The exhaust fan over the 2 electric cooking burners was caked with oily dust so badly we were afraid it would fall into our food if we used the burners.
