"The room was clean, shower worked great, beds slept wonderful. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Perfect stay. We were there for 5 nights."

"We were in town for soccer. We overall had a great stay. Front desk staff was very friendly.Room was clean, kitchen top worked great. Buffet breakfast was good. Only complaint was some of the staff who handled the food area. We came in 15 mins before breakfast ended, trying to quickly get my kids a plate since we were gone almost the whole time at a game. My kids knew we had to be quick, and polite. At the same time a bunch of staff came down to eat all at once, my kid accidentally spilled some eggs on the floor, I had my hands full helping another kid and was holding a baby. I had him go sit his things down and planned to pick it up once I finished and I could set the baby down (so I stood there where the eggs were and told those to watch out) well this lady comes out and fusses saying "what happened here" loudly and waving her arms up & I tell her my kid accidentally dropped it but before I could finish she made these faces, scoffed and just walks off and someone else starts mumbling something. I tell them loudly theyre children, accidents happen and im going to clean it up, if they could give me a min, there is no need to be so rude. Someone walks out with a broom and I say thank you & Im sorry he dropped them and she refused to even make eye contact with me, scoffed and walked off. This was all in less than 2 mins. Another person came later & apologized for her behavior and he understood. Kids and pets stay here, things can get spilled. We dont have to be so negative."

"Not walking distance to mall. Pool super cold. Room was nice. Furniture not old. Definitely would stay again but at almost $200 per night prolly better places in area. Breakfast was surprisingly good with alot options"
