「My second visit to the cottage visiting family in the area and once again my stay did not disappoint. Fabulous location, clean and very comfortable accommodation. Friendly host. Will be back again soon.」

「Amazing little place! Super value for money with a well stocked kitchen area and fresh eggs for breakfast.」

「The place was clean, cozy and nice. The only issue we had was that the heater in the toilet wasn't working. But apart from that, we had an enjoyable stay. 」

「Lovely property in a beautiful peaceful setting perfect for our short get away just wish we could have stayed longer. Great location for exploring the area and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Hosts are lovely, really can’t fault anything about our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again.」

「I have stayed a few times now as the apartment is well positioned for access to nearby Midhurst and Stedham. Penny & Richard always make you feel at home and take care of everything from comfortable surroundings to little treats and supplies to make your stay even more special. We will be visiting again very soon. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.」

「We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!」
