「I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. "The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you."
