“This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. “Very beautiful location in the pasture! And so close to downtown Franklin and the Factory. The only suggestion I have for this property is the bathroom feels a little unfinished. Like there’s no hooks anywhere to hang your towel (though I could tell there used to be one hook but it was taken off the wall?) and the vanity sink is so tiny it’s hard to get ready with no counter space for products. My suggestion is to install a vanity in the bathroom in the big open hole where the washer/dryer has……
