Escape to paradise at our stunning lake view home in Waterford Michigan. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property features a hot tub, wood-fired pizza oven, two sitting hammocks, and a view of Cass Lake. There is also a heated outdoor greenhouse, a bonfire pit, and a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Located 1 mile from Dodge State park and a 5 minute walk to a boat rental right on Cass lake. Just 20 minutes from Top Golf which is right next to Great Lakes Crossing Outlet (The largest mall in Michigan). It’s also close to Downtown Birmingham, Downtown Royal Oak, and Detroit. Our property is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

Great Stay
This house was perfect for me, my friends and family! No issues with anything!! I know this house will be an awesome place to stay in the summer time. The photos don’t do enough justice and everything was clean!

Disappointed.
Unfortunately pics made this property look pretty nice and we were looking forward to being there until we got there, I wanted to leave. Aside from all of the ANTS that invaded our dogs food bowl as well as food we had on the counter…Furniture in the home was very cheap, living room was not comfortable to sit and play games and we were too scared to sit at the cheap metal table that was literally falling apart with five chairs for our 7 guests on a family vacation. The hot tub was super cloudy and had scummy foam on the top. Tabletop firepit did not work, the pizza oven that is a highlight for this place was filthy and did not have any wood or pizza spatula so we were unable to use that. There was only a 6-8” skillet, no casserole pans, or mixing bowls for our 5 day stay. The home is in need of freshening up,the appliances in kitchen were very dirty as well as every cabinet and drawer. The cigarette butts and bottle caps all over the grounds were a nice touch as well.

The perfect place for our family
The layout was as expected…very cute house. We were excited that the Christmas tree was still up because this was our Christmas trip! We had 6 adults and three children and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property did not look like shown
Property was not kept up. The listing photos were taken at night hiding a lot of the issues with the property. It was not clean upon arrival. We didn’t even end up staying. Spoke with Host and even though he agreed with poor conditions he was not help at all. We had to find another place to stay for the week after driving 10+ hours.

Great weekend getaway
We enjoyed this space. It worked great for all four couples as we all had our own rooms. Proximity to The Fork and Pint was awesome and food was delicious. Loved the lake view off the back deck. Lovely!
