We are in the process of our refund. This place was disgusting. The parking lot had broken down cars and a hurst. The building was boarded up on the back with OSB. We walked into the building. Some guy opened the door and was like welcome. And then we walked in and it smelled like drugs were being smoked heavily. We felt nervous so we left instantly and are now in the process of getting our refund from vrbo.

Urban Loft in Industrial Splendor

This is a great roomy loft. Not much in the immediate area but a great little Equestrian themed slider restaurant/bar across the street and a Marijuana store in the building. Quiet area a stone's throw from Mexican Village and a quick Lime scooter or Uber ride from Corktown and Downtown. I stayed in the same building with the same host for 2 years in a row now and it WAS a great Value but will be staying elsewhere next year since the host tripled the nightly costs for the same time period in 2026! I guess it's overall a great place to stay but just NOT over Movement Festival weekend anymore if you're on a budget.

Comfy with obnoxious rain

Room was clean with all the essentials we needed. Smelled clean too. This was our second stay. Only complaint was the obnoxious drip from the roof rain spout onto the metal window ceil. The sound was like beating metal pans all night. Thankfully we found buckets in the closet to catch the rain dripping from the ceilings. Will stay agin but not during rain season!

The Perfect Stay!

I loved every minute of it. Safe, quiet location-6 minutes or less to everything you need! Manager is quick to respond. Beautiful place, has a lot of character.

Detroit getaway

An eclectic condo with soothing vibes and space to just chill. Close to the city yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Don't let the parking fool you, once inside and settled it's everything as advertised. Would stay again next time in Detroit.

My girl and I drove out for a concert at the Masonic and this spot was perfect for us. I have rented here before and I always come back. 420 friendly and a big open space.

Cool Digs in Detroit

This was a great spot to stay at during my 4 night stay in Detroit. The unit is spacious, well furnished and decorated. Great location, too. The host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not bad

It’s in a very old warehouse style building. It’s on the very top floor in which you had to climb very steep steps to get up and down. With your luggage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with hip or knee problems or Just overall health issues renting this place due to the steps. It’s an apartment building as well, so you’re staying in a place with a bunch of people that live there and other units. The property looked kind of sketchy from the outside litter everywhere in the parking lot And it looks like some vehicles have been sitting there for a long time that broke down and sketchy. Upon arrival, it was pouring rain as we entered the apartment rental. It was leaking inside in several spots. So we dealt with puddles and constant sounds of dripping. The showerhead remnants of fake eyelashes. So clearly it wasn’t fully washed down properly. Bed was not too comfortable. Overall, the place was just OK. It looks cool. It’s in a cool area. The views of downtown are pretty cool in the river. You do have everything you need The warehouse vibe is pretty neat. Basically, all in all not a bad stay just could use a lot of updating and better cleaning

Never got in...no other properties in Detroit available due to NFL Draft weekend. Ended up resting on the on the ground until I located an available Lyft tp pick me up:( Very unfortunate situation as I was charged and never heard back from VRBO.

3rd floor walk up

The room was very cozy, close proximity to Comerica park. Parking looked a little sketchy at first glance but my car was safe, no issues. The area was quiet, not super busy. The bar accross the street had delicious food and drink and great service. Very convenient. The decor was very cool, i kept noticing something new everytime i looled around. The bed was comfy, i slept like a rock. Over all good spot, I wouldspot. I

Served the purpose

Cute spot! A short Uber to downtown. Bright in the mornings, window panes hazy, plenty of busted cars in the parking lot but happy to have a gated spot to park. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Great Place!

My friend and I had such an amazing time staying here! We stayed for a concert and it was the perfect distance from Little Caesar’s Arena. I felt safe in the area we were, and I like that there is a gate around the parking lot! I would definitely stay here again.
