MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at or after 4 p.m., and check-out is prior to or at 11 a.m. Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available at this time.

OCCUPANCY: This unit allows up to 6 overnight guests.

GATHERINGS: People like to have a good time, but this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

SAFETY & SECURITY: For safety and security reasons, a security system monitors the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside the Art House.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. We want you to have fun, but please be considerate of our neighbors during these quiet hours. Guests named on the reservation are responsible for the conduct of all persons on the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the property. However, you are welcome to smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. If this is violated, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee.

PETS: While we love our furry friends, pets are prohibited inside the property. If it is determined that a pet has been anywhere inside the property, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. Please contact the host for exceptions to this policy.

DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS: The property has been designed to feel like a home away from home with many amenities. The booking guest is responsible for any incidentals, damage, or missing items during your stay.
