I never stayed at the property as I expressed I was in a situation where I was being stalked and was given a room that was made me vulnerable. After I seen the room i went to the front desk in attempts to get a more comfortable room however the workers would avoid me so I was unable to ask for it to be switched so I left. I was given room 125 where there was a window with a garbage under it.

Check in was at 3pm. We arrived after 4 pm and our room wasnt ready. They had us wait and they had a room ready within 10-15 minutes. We got to the room and the cleaning cart was outside with the door wide open. After making sure the cleaning lady was done we went inside. Most of it was clean, the floor had dirt and crumbs. The sheets had some stains. It smelled like weed throughout the building. Our room smelled like weed also. We had to be at the airport for 6am. We got into the room for the night around 11:30 pm. There were people talking loudly outside our door after 12:30am. What sounded like kids or teens screaming, fighting and running up and down the hall, which then seemed to head outside in the parking lot. I tried multiple times to call front desk and no one answered. Around 2:15 am someone on our end of the hall was either giving a concert or blasting music. I put in earplugs and you would have never known I had them in, it was that loud. Finally got ahold of someone at the front desk around 2:45 am. They did get the music turned down. I will not be returning.

The room was so dirty and disgusting. Someone threw up under one of the mattresses and did not bother to clean it up. Our reservation was not held even though I made the reservation 4 days prior. There was hair in the sink the smoke alarm did not have a battery. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel room.

Room wasn’t as pictured. Visibly dirty with hair EVERYWHERE. Looked almost like a dingy motel almost. I complained and they didn’t move me but did come and “clean”. There was still hair. Construction was annoying and the room I was out in was next to a loud family. Did not get much quiet. Was also watched and followed on my floor by some sketchy guy.

Do NOT book this hotel. The management is an absolute nightmare. My girlfriend and I booked a room for 2 nights and let me tell you….RUN FOR THE HILLS. The lobby is the only "nice" thing about this place. The entire first floor smelt like actual dog piss. The manager tried to downgrade our king suite to a two twin bed. The pictures ABSOLUTELY DO NOT look like those rooms. The housekeeping is terrible. We waited an extra hour to check in because they were "Still cleaning". We walked into the room and there was food on the floor, no one had vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty and they gave us no toiletries. After a very heated dispute with the manager, they finally gave us the room we paid for In the first place. It was much better but still unpleasant. We had to buy cleaning supplies from dollar tree and clean the room ourselves. The towels they gave us for showers were always still damp from not being dried fully. It was a terrible experience. I have nothing good to say about this place.

Room was very dirty, the drain stopper was broken, shampoo holder was broken, the sheets had lint over them. The table in my room had no chair, the bathroom had no garbage bin and there were no amenities outside of a bar of soap and shampoo. The staff didn’t tell me about the complimentary breakfast nor told me how to connect to the wifi. At night, there were people banging the walls at 2 am. One of the worst experiences of my life.
