The staff at this location is superior. They understand customer service. The hotel was clean when we arrived. Like most hotels these days the room was cleaned every other day. It would be nice to have a full restaurant but the one you had was sufficient.

We had a nice stay as we were in town for a boxing match. No notice of the Jacuzzi when booking and this was a huge bummer and one of the main reasons we booked with Marriott… it was just a fine stay. Staff was kind and courteous.

Brittany (at the front desk) was very helpful and pleasant when I arrived. She also suggested places to eat. Room is beautiful and clean. Hot tub and pool was very nice as well. Only thing I didn’t like is the lack of cleaning in the room. I requested a trash pick up and tidy but nobody came the 3 days I was here

The Courtyard by Marriott in Farmington Hills, Michigan has become our home away from home when we visit our family in the area. We’ve tried home rental companies, but we were not satisfied with the various levels of decor, and furnishings. Marriott properties have a high standard in the decor and furnishings use at their properties.
