The images do not match the property. It is not updated or well maintained. Floor was cracked up. Covers were stained, burn marks all over hot tub. Middle of bed sank in. I will not book again. In a good surrounding area though.

We had to find a different hotel to stay at. We left right away. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. But the hotel its self was very run down. Rooms were very dirty and smelt really bad. Locks on the sliding doors didn’t work. Blood on the sheets. So many more things to list.

Staff wasn’t at the desk. I had to call the business phone to show up at the front desk, where I stood for 2 minutes. When the staff did appear he never acknowledged me he just picked up the phone to answer the call. I told him that it was me calling and I had booked a room online and he gave me an irritated look. I went to the room there were holes punched in the walls and the bathroom door. The bath tub was worn out, dirty, and molded. The ceilings were peeling. The bed was decent.

We did NOT stay. Prior to our vacation we booked this hotel online because the pictures that were advertised looked clean & beautiful. Apon arrival the two staff members at the front desk were standoffish & didn't have the best customer service skills. They "upgraded" us to a kind size room & nonsmoking. When we entered our room it smelled like an ashtray of cigarettes & the room was TRASHED & DIRTY. The picture frame was broken, bed was full of stains & cigarette burns & the chair next to the bed was absolutely disgusting. Along with a lot of other damage. We got switched to another "clean" room and it was still just as dirty & not up to standards a hotel should be. Period. We got our deposit back but not our full room stay back & left to go stay at another hotel in the city that was CLEAN. Can we PLEASE get our hotel stay refunded or at least some sort of credit through hotels com???? This was our first time booking through this company & are very disappointed.
