Very disappointing stay The room was extremely outdated and not properly maintained. The microwave and refrigerator were both broken, which was very inconvenient. The floor was damaged. The bathroom was in terrible condition — the bathtub was dirty, and there were hairs stuck on the shower walls. What bothered me the most was that the online photos do not match the actual condition of the room at all. The pictures are very misleading. Yes, the price was cheap, but if the real condition had been shown honestly, I would never have booked this hotel. It honestly feels like this property hasn’t been inspected or updated in decades. Very poor experience overall.

Dirty room smelled very bad, dirty bathroom chipping from walls. Buddy was basically in a pillow. I paid for and they knocked on the door at 11 and at 12 and again at 1 o’clock to see when we were leaving and to make sure that we were out the door as soon as 1 o’clock didn’t even give me a second to put my shoes on. I felt incredibly rushed and frustrated. Breakfast was m muffins, tea ridiculous. Spend the extra money go to the best Western across the street.

I checked in and was asked for my DL and credit card and then I saw the desk agent xeroxing them!! I said, wait, no! He was copying the side of my credit card with ALL the info. He said they had to do that to prove I gave my credit card and I said, “No. That’s not how this works.” He said they would shred it when I left and I said will you give it back to me when I leave and he said no. But I was welcome to not stay there. But he already ran my card and said it would be refunded in 4-5 days. So keeping my money to boot?!? This is likely illegal. I told him to refund me and I took the copy of my documents with me.

I stayed at this hotel in Michigan for two days and wanted to share my experience. While there were some positives, there were a few areas that could use improvement. When I first entered the room, I noticed that some of the napkins provided were damp, which was a bit unexpected. Additionally, a number of the towels appeared to have stains, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. During the night, there were some unusual noises, and at one point, a guest mistakenly approached my door and tried to speak to me, which made the experience feel a bit unsettling. Overall, I believe with some attention to cleanliness and guest security, the stay could be much more comfortable for future visitors.

The only thing I appreciated out of my stay was that the water was hot in the shower and the bed was comfortable. The BIGGEST problem was the overbearing smell of cigarettes in the room. The floors were not swept nor mopped, car fresheners put into vents to help with the smell - absolutely did nothing. Bathroom conditions made your skin crawl at first glance. Sheets weren’t clean.

The room had blood and dirt stains on the bedding. NO way the housekeeper did not see this. The bathroom ceiling is literally falling in. This is unacceptable and horrible to charge someone for some like this.

I have been there for three months and the dont clean good and said i was smoking in the room on multiple occasions and i explained to the i was throwing then in Garbage can and not on the ground so the can spilled over and ashes where on the floor and the said i was smoking in the room and put me out im not happy and will never be back or non of my friends or family thats why they shouldn't be in our country because they dont understand English just stupidity im very upset i dont want my money leaving the country anyway so best of luck to you i hope you go bank rupt i gave them 10 thousand over the past year and a cigarette is all it took

the two rooms we booked were very gross. hair was all over every surface, things hadn’t been wiped down. one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes, the hotel staff was very rude to everyone. from the moment we walked in people were having issues from the moment we left and asked for a refund. they said i’d get a full refund still haven’t received any confirmation on that. i highly don’t recommend staying here. we immediately got a new hotel room somewhere else, it was definitely one of the worst hotel rooms i’ve ever seen. the whole place was very gross and not updated at all. nothing like what the pictures show
